Parkur+ is a 5 step program assisting persons with disability find the most suitable work. Depending on the disability type, education level, work experience and workplace solutions available, this program could be completed in less than a day, or could take several months.

Is following the Parkur+ program free?
Yes, we do not charge people with disabilities fees to complete this program. For some training programs there are small fees, and this will be made clear before joining any program
Can I choose which company and location for work?
Yes. Of course. Our aim is to match you to the right type of work, in the right location. Sometimes this is difficult, other times we are able to complete placements quite quickly, it depends on the company and location.
Will the company provide transport for me?
Some companies offer transport and some don’t. We work with each person and each company to help match the appropriate transport need. We encourage persons with disability to adapt to company transport rules and processes, where possible. For some people this may not be possible, and we negotiate directly with the company to find the best solution.
Will the company adapt to me and my disability?
